Pilar Castro
Trained at the Cristina Rota school, throughout her career she has established herself as a highly recognizable performer in Spanish audiovisual media, with a career also sustained on stage.
In film, some of her most notable works include “Gordos”, for which she was nominated for a Goya for Best Supporting Actress, “Julieta” by Pedro Almodóvar and “Ventajas de viajar en tren” by Aritz Moreno. She has also been linked to the “Los 2 lados de la cama” saga, recently revisiting that universe in “Todos los lados de la cama”.
On television she has appeared in series such as “Mentiras pasajeras”, as well as other well-known works within Spanish fiction. In theatre she has maintained a steady presence, with productions such as “Invencible” and other projects that reinforce her stage presence.
