What’s it about?
This workshop is practice-based. Through guided exercises, both individual, in pairs or in groups, we will work on the texts that will be recorded.
From the recording process and the analysis of the recorded texts, conclusions will be drawn that will help the participants understand what their main difficulties are.
- The importance of TEXT MEMORIZATION.
- TEXT ANALYSIS; essential for immersing ourselves in different readings. Moving away from that first impression that limits us.
- ACTIVE LISTENING.
- ACTION; the internal anchors that will be drivers in the search for truth.
- UNIQUENESS; because each actor is a creator, an interpreter of the text and a unique being.
- COMMITMENT and DEDICATION.
Objective?
To seek the individuality of each actor and actress to begin creating in a way that only we ourselves can create. Our essence appears when we start to play and disappears when we start to act.
We will create a place to search, find, make mistakes, get rid of what doesn’t allow us to shine and find new places to do it, stepping out of our comfort zone.
Being creative, having ideas and making choices are an organic part of talent.
In short, we will try to INHABIT the HERE and the NOW, always keeping the following premise in mind:

After training as an actress at the Murcia School of Dramatic Art, she ventured to move to Madrid. Although her career developed mainly in theater, she soon began taking roles in series such as “Cuéntame Cómo Pasó”, “Física o Química”, “Los Quién”, “La Templanza”, “Amar Es Para Siempre”, “HIT”, “Galgos” or “Custodia Repartida”.
In film, in movies such as “El Penalti Más Largo del Mundo”, “El Club de los Suicidas”, “La Pasajera” or “Escape”, among many others.
In 2011 she debuted as a director with the short film “Aunque Todo Vaya Mal”, with which she won more than 14 awards. In 2016 she premiered her documentary “Piensa, Observa y Respira”. In 2017, she received the AISGE Award for Best Female Performance for “Cachorro”, by Jesús Rivera.
Since 2013 she has devoted part of her time to actor training, at schools such as Primera Toma, TAI, Mujeres con Gesto, El Estudio, Centro Actúa, Mads or Alpha Estudio.
