Chos Corzo
Director, actress and acting teacher at the Madrid Film Institute, she trained at the William Layton Theatre Laboratory. She has been working for more than 15 years as a casting director, currently alongside Juan León.
Among her recent works as casting director are the series “La Moderna”, “Entre tierras”, “Beguinas”, “Mía es la venganza”, “Camilo Superstar” and “¿A qué estás esperando?”, based on the books by Megan Maxwell.
She is currently working on “Perdiendo el juicio” for Atresmedia and Netflix. She has also participated in the castings for “La novia gitana” and “La red púrpura”, directed by Paco Cabezas, and in films such as “Adiós”, “Llegaron de noche”, “Poliamor para principiantes” and “Cuidado con lo que deseas” by Fernando Colomo.
As an actress she has appeared in series such as “La que se avecina”, “Poquita Fe”, “La Moderna”, “Custodia compartida” and “Veneno”, and in films such as “Como Dios manda”, “Historias lamentables” (Javier Fesser), “La llamada” (Javier Calvo and Javier Ambrossi), “Un mal día lo tiene cualquiera” (Eva Hache) and “Libélulas”.
In theatre she has directed and acted in numerous productions and microtheatre pieces, in addition to working with companies and directors such as Vanessa Navas, Pablo Huetos, Alberto Velasco or the London company Blast Theory.
